The second phase of the estate’s expansion will include seven buildings
w i t h a total of 226 flats in a variety of layouts and sizes. The offer ranges from compact 2- and 3-room flats to spacious 4-room flats. The two buildings closest to the street will additionally have seven commercial premises.
Construction began in April 2024. T h e planned completion date is late 2025/early 2026. Sales are scheduled to start i n Q3 2024 and the keys are scheduled to be handed over to future tenants in Q1 2026.
